Ritual was born from two worlds that rarely meet – the pace and pressure of business, and the clarity that comes from slowing down.
We bring both into retreats to help leadership teams step away from the noise and do the work that matters most for their business and team.
I spent the first 10 years of my career in management consulting, leading cultural transformation and leadership development work for Fortune 100 organizations. Those years taught me something I still believe deeply – the way an executive team works together shows up in every part of the business.
After a decade of intense travel and long hours, I left consulting to follow my passion: mindfulness. I ran retreats in Costa Rica, creating spaces for people to step away, reconnect with themselves, and live in better alignment with who they are.
Then executives in my network started asking if I could create similar experiences for their leadership teams.
My first executive retreat was for YPO. It was an incredible “aha” moment for me – I realized I could bring both parts of my life together. That was the beginning of Ritual.
I started Ritual to do this work intentionally and at its best. To bring together the strategic rigor of my consulting background and the human depth of everything I learned in those years of running mindfulness retreats – and build something that helps leadership teams do both in the same room.
That’s what every retreat is designed to help teams do – step away from the noise, do the work that matters, and return more aligned with the business and each other.
Every Ritual retreat is supported by a trusted network of facilitators, chefs, hospitality partners, and logistics teams.
They help create the conditions for your leadership team to step away, be fully present, and focus on the work that matters most.
Experienced facilitators and practitioners help guide the conversations, reflection, and practices that bring the work to life.
Chef-prepared meals create space for the team to slow down, connect, and be cared for throughout the retreat.
Private properties and attentive local teams create an environment where every detail feels considered and easeful.
All logistics are managed from arrival to departure, so your team can relax and simply be present with the experience.
We guide leadership teams to slow down, see clearly, and do the work that strengthens both the business and the people leading it.
Our values guide everything we do, from how we work to who we work with.
Be willing to try new ways of working, thinking, and leading. Growth happens when we approach ourselves and others with curiosity.
Be here, fully. Whether it’s listening, reflecting, or leading, focus on what’s in front of you instead of thinking about what’s behind or next.
Don’t just go through the motions. Every choice, action, and interaction matters. Make them count by showing up with purpose and care.
Challenge the way things have always been done. Push boundaries, ask big questions, and be bold enough to lead differently.
We create space for leaders to connect with themselves, their teams, and life as it is because leadership that prioritizes people isn’t just better for business.
It’s better for the world.
